The course includes the famous "Skateboard Park" descent, a twisting, turning tunnel of thrills. This course consists of one 22.5 mile loop with 50% singletrack. Start/Finish is at 7,000 feet, with a total elevation gain of 3,200 in one loop. An "Open" category (for any racers who choose to NOT purchase an annual license) will be held for the Marathon, which is two 22.5 mile loops (45 miles). Winning Marathon time will be approximately 4 to 4 1/2 hours.

Sawtooth century bicyle tour |
Sawtooth Velo's annual tour of the Wood River Valley will begin in Hailey this year, follow the Wood River Trails bike path north through Ketchum, then Hwy 75 up and over Galena Summit before turning back towards Ketchum near Alturas Lake. Contact Sawtooth Velo for more details. If you're not up to 100 miles, there will also be 50 or 100 kilometer routes as well. |
